With decades of experience serving on condo boards across Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Florida, David has overseen more than 500 condominium units - from small 18-unit associations to large 500-unit complexes - as well as mixed-use commercial property.

His hands-on experience has given him an understanding of the challenges condo boards face when balancing budgets, planning repairs, and maintaining compliance.

The Inspiration Behind ReserveScan™

Over the years, David has seen how difficult it was for associations to get a clear, affordable understanding of their reserve fund health without committing to a full engineering study.

That realization inspired him to create ReserveScan™ - a smart solution that combines real-world association insight with “National Baseline” data analysis and satellite imagery to help boards plan more effectively.
